This is an amazing quote that really resonates with me. I suffered from severe depression for over a decade. I had tried several medications – both prescription and herbal remedies – and nothing ever worked. What did seem to work for me is regular exercise. I feel like I do still struggle from time to time, but usually it’s only after something bad has happened and it takes me a bit longer than others to move past. Overall though, I think exercise has been a lifesaver for me.

I really enjoyed this quote as well. People will feel as though it is the end and it’s quite a radical shift in perspective to consider that it also might be the start of something good.
